My Story..My Life...

This post is dedicated to my dear cousin, 家明哥哥.

I remember the days when the whole family went to Genting Highlands and you will be in that black leather jacket of yours...

I remember the days when you went to Hong Kong with us and you wanted to treat me to Haagen Daz ice-cream...

I remember the days during Chinese New Year when all the adults are playing mahjong. You will be the only one who is willing to play with us kids without betting money...

I remember the days when you will always tell my brother and I to give you a call when we reached home because you are worried about our journey back home...

I remember the days when you say I have watched you grow up...

I remember the days when we watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire at Causeway Point together with Ah Kit 哥哥...

I remember the days when I was young and had stayover at your house and how you laugh at how I eat my bao and drink my Yakult...

You still have lots of things to do and promises to keep to...

You promise to go to Vivocity with us...

You promise to watch Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix with us...

So why are you leaving us now? And I did not even have the chance to see you for the last time...

We are sad...but we understand that you are suffering...

May you rest in peace in heaven and be free of pain and suffering...

You shall always and forever have a special place in our hearts, my dear cousin...

Well, I am about to set off for Scotland soon. Boarding the train at 1.30pm...
The initial wave of excitment soon settles down to apprehension...probably due to the fact that I am staying at a friend's house for 3 full weeks. I have never stayed at a friend's house before so I am not sure how to behave or what to do...*worried*

Maybe I am worrying too much...

And my Dad promises me that my mum and him will videocall me before I leave...till now they are not online yet...feeling a little disappointed...perhaps they have other matters to attend to?

But one thing for sure, I am going to take loads of pictures. I have heard people say that Scotland is very pretty, though I am not sure how it will look in winter...bare trees perhaps? Since trees in Manchester are going bare...

This has got to be my favourite night! Everyone dresses prettily and smartly for the Christmas Dinner...and the dining hall is decorated nicely! Even though I was very tired due to a late night the previous day, I was perked up as the dinner goes...

On last Sunday, it was Katherine's turn to cook. Hers was really complicated with lots of spices in it but her cooking was good! Though the bottom most layer of the rice was burnt (because we went to the Christmas Carol Service at the church beside Dalton Ellis Hall while the rice was still cooking...), the food was great!

Went to Piccadilly open-air ice-skating rink on the 26th November 2007 with Thuy, Rebecca, Eric and Katie. Was quite fun despite the fact the fact that I was screaming all the way...:p Cannot really blame me because I have fear of falling down and this is only my third time on an ice-rink. Guess it was quite embarrassing... *sheepish grin*
But everything went quite well...I did not fall! Thanks to Thuy for holding on to me and guiding me through!

Was planning to go to Trafford Centre with Katherine and Robert today. However, the weather was gloomy with dark clouds, torrential rain and brittle wind. Therefore, the trip was postponed to next Saturday. Quite disappointed but I would rather stay in my warm comfy room in this kind of weather too...
